i refuse to let a month go by without at least a single entry.
and luckily for me, i finished something. finally.
the woodland shawl has almost defeated me. it took four or five tries of starting and ripping various patterns and stitches before i found something i liked well enough to finish. and now that it is finished? it sits upon me awkwardly. and the bottom edge curls even though it is ribbing. i have yet to get it really wet and stretch it this way and that, yet to give it a firm blocking, so there is hope.
but right now? it makes me crazy. it is also crazy warm, so i have it at the office where the hvac is still out of whack and my office has mostly been too cold for comfort.
